Fun-Tech is led by Arshad Jamil, a mechanical engineering professional with over 23 years of hands-on industrial experience across mechanical maintenance, plant engineering, equipment reliability, capital project execution, and heavy industrial operations.

Experience highlighted on the site spans high-hazard chemical processing units, mega-fertilizer plants (ammonia/urea loops), thermal power stations, and bulk material-handling facilities (cement calcination, rotary kilns, ball mills, and overland conveyors).

Our Mission

The purpose of this platform is to bridge theory and industrial practice: translating field observations, technical principles, and improvement lessons into useful knowledge for engineers, technicians, students, and decision-makers.

1. Safety is a Foundation: Production and efficiency targets should never displace sound engineering judgment, site procedures, training, and hazard controls.

3. Evidence Over Assumptions: Root cause analysis requires physical facts, metallographic evidence, operating logs, and vibration trends. A repeated “why” alone does not prove root cause.
